Product information
We describe the products we source — form, origin, packaging, and availability — as accurately as we can, and we do not publish technical parameters we cannot hold a consignment to. Because these are natural agricultural products, exact colour, size, moisture, and appearance vary from lot to lot and from the photographs shown. Product images are representative, not a guarantee of a specific lot. The binding specification for any order is the one we confirm in writing for that consignment.
Listing a product on this website means we can seek to source it from Indian suppliers on enquiry. It does not mean the product is held in stock. ARCHX GLOBAL does not carry inventory; availability is confirmed with a supplier against your requirement at the time of quotation.
Quotations and orders
Prices, availability, and lead times shared through the website or in conversation are indicative and not a binding offer. A sale becomes final only once both sides confirm the product, grade, quantity, price, delivery terms, and payment terms in a written order or proforma invoice. Minimum order quantity varies by product, specification, packing and supplier, and is confirmed per enquiry — no universal minimum applies across the range.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse the enquiry forms, or copy its content for competing commercial purposes. You may share and reference our pages for genuine trade enquiries.

Export and shipping disclaimer
We act as a merchant exporter and sourcing partner. Products are sourced from third-party Indian suppliers and processors; cleaning, milling, treatment and packing are carried out by those partners, not by ARCHX GLOBAL. Shipment terms and Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF — are confirmed per enquiry according to destination, cargo size, product and buyer requirement, and no term is automatically available for every order.
Export documentation is prepared according to the product, the destination and your requirement. Import clearance, destination-market approvals, tariffs, duties and local compliance remain the buyer's responsibility unless a confirmed order contract states otherwise. Transit times given before shipment are estimates and depend on carrier schedules, port conditions and customs processing.
Certifications and claims
We state only the registrations we currently hold: FSSAI, IEC, MSME / Udyam, GST and Spices Board registration. We do not hold ISO, HACCP, BRC, FSSC, FDA, APEDA, organic, Halal or Kosher certification, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming any of them. Where a certificate is relevant to your market, testing or certification can be arranged for a specific consignment where applicable, and the supporting documents shared with it.
Liability
The website is provided "as is" for information and enquiry purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits the specific commercial commitments we make in a confirmed order contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to the website fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Individual export contracts may specify their own governing law and dispute-resolution terms.
