Numeric specifications — moisture, purity, mesh, colour or oil content, residue limits, shelf life — are confirmed with the supplier against your written requirement and stated in the offer, not published as standing figures. Listing a product means we can seek to source it; it is not held in stock.

Commercial terms

Everything below applies to every product in this catalogue. Anything not stated here is agreed in writing before an order is confirmed.

Minimum orderVaries by product, specification, packing and supplier, and is confirmed per enquiry. No single minimum applies across this range.
SpecificationForm, grade, mesh, cleaning standard and packing are agreed in writing before purchase and restated in the quotation.
PackingPP woven or jute sacks, kraft paper bags, vacuum packs, retail pouches or private-label formats — subject to product, supplier capability, destination and buyer requirement. Not every format is available for every product.
Laboratory testingTesting can be arranged where it is required by the product specification, the buyer or the destination market. Where testing is not commissioned, the supplier's certificate of analysis travels with the goods.
ProcessingCleaning, sorting, milling, treatment and packing are carried out by processing partners in India. Additional cleaning, treatment or sterilization may be arranged where applicable and required. ARCHX GLOBAL owns no processing facility or laboratory.
DocumentationCommercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable, shipping documents and any product- or destination-specific certificates. Prepared according to product, destination and buyer requirement — the set is not identical for every shipment.
Shipment termsEXW, FOB, CFR or CIF, confirmed according to destination, cargo size, product and buyer requirement. Lead times are confirmed per order.
PricingAvailable on quotation. Price depends on product, grade, quantity, packing, market conditions, season and shipment terms, and is not held open indefinitely.
RegistrationsFSSAI, IEC, MSME / Udyam, GST and Spices Board registration. Copies available on request.
AvailabilitySubject to supplier confirmation at the time of quotation. We do not hold stock.
