We do not own a farm, a processing plant or a laboratory, and we do not hold stock. Saying so plainly matters more to a buyer than a claim we would have to walk back at the first audit.
Specification first.
Form, grade, packing and delivery terms are agreed in writing before anything is bought. What you approve is what is shipped.

The Spices Board of India covers 52 notified spices, grown across more than a dozen agro-climatic zones. Sourcing in India means buying close to those growing belts, with the supplier options that come with it.
Our job is to translate a buyer's requirement into the right supplier, the right specification and the right paperwork — and to be straight with you about what a given crop and market can and cannot deliver.

Supplier selection
Suppliers are chosen on product capability, specification, quantity, packing, documentation and commercial suitability — confirmed before their quotation is used to price yours.
Written specification
Form, grade and packing agreed before purchase, and restated to you in the offer.
Export documentation
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable, and the certificates a destination requires — prepared per consignment.
Testing when required
Samples and third-party laboratory analysis arranged where the product, the buyer or the destination market calls for it.
What we don't claim
An export company is easy to oversell. Here is what ARCHX GLOBAL is not, so nothing on this site surprises you later.
- No completed shipments yet. We are newly registered and have no consignment history or buyer references to publish. When we have them, they will be here.
- No stock held. A product listed on this site is one we can seek to source on enquiry. Availability is confirmed with a supplier against your requirement at the time of quotation.
- No owned facility. Cleaning, sorting, milling, treatment and packing are done by processing partners in India. We own no farm, plant, warehouse or laboratory.
- No ISO, HACCP, BRC, FSSC, FDA, APEDA, Halal, Kosher or organic certification. We hold FSSAI, IEC, MSME / Udyam, GST and Spices Board registration, and nothing beyond that.
- No published specifications or minimum order. Moisture, purity, mesh, residue limits and MOQ are confirmed against your requirement and stated in the offer, not advertised as standing figures.
